This section addresses common questions about using Motion, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing the trading experience.

Wallet and Account Issues

Why can’t I switch wallets? To switch wallets, the selected wallet must have enough MOVE to cover transaction fees. If the wallet has a zero balance, transactions may not process.

Why don’t I see my wallets? If using multiple wallets, one may not be responding due to insufficient MOVE. Check the wallet balance and ensure it is properly connected.

Can I recover my private key after wallet creation? No. Motion only shows the private key once upon wallet creation. Users must store it securely, as it cannot be retrieved later.

Trading and Transaction Issues

Why can’t I sell a token? Selling issues may be caused by low liquidity, token restrictions, or rug pulls. If liquidity has been removed or the token has sell limits, it may not be tradable.

How many wallets can I generate in Motion? There is no limit to the number of wallets users can generate or import.

Why does a token originally show as trading on a DEX but later switch to Mosaic? Most new tokens launch on a DEX before being aggregated by Mosaic. Motion automatically routes trades to the best liquidity source once more options become available.

Security and Platform Concerns

Can a VPN affect transaction speeds? No. Using a VPN does not impact transaction speeds, but it may affect connection stability depending on the VPN provider.

How do I protect my Telegram account while using Motion? Enable two-step verification and passcode lock in Telegram to prevent unauthorized access. If a Telegram account is compromised, users should immediately withdraw funds from affected wallets.

Are there backup bot instances if the main bot is slow? We are actively working to offer backup bots, but for now the only official bot available can be accessed .

Trading Features and Fees

Can I snipe multiple tokens at once? LP Sniping is coming soon.

Does Motion charge a subscription fee? No. Motion operates on a pay-as-you-go model, with a 1% trading fee per buy and sell (0.85% for referred users).

Can I copy trade with Motion? Not at the moment. This is work in progress.
