Privacy & Data Protection Policy

Privacy & Data Protection Policy

Motion is committed to maintaining the privacy and security of user data while ensuring a seamless trading experience. This policy outlines how wallet information, transaction data, and user interactions are handled within the platform.

Collection of Wallet and Transaction Data

Motion operates as a decentralized trading bot and does not collect personal information such as names, emails, or addresses. However, to provide trading functionality, the platform processes:

  • Wallet addresses connected to the Motion bot

  • On-chain transaction data related to trading activity

  • Encrypted private keys for imported wallets (which Motion cannot access or recover)

All transactions are executed on the blockchain and remain publicly visible through blockchain explorers. Motion does not have control over external data visibility.

Security and Data Protection

To protect user assets and data, Motion implements multiple security measures:

  • Wallet private keys are encrypted using AES-256-bit encryption and are never stored in a way that allows access by Motion.

  • Motion does not track or log user activity beyond what is necessary for trade execution.

  • No user-identifiable information is collected, stored, or shared with third parties.

User Responsibility and Best Practices

While Motion ensures strong security measures, users are responsible for safeguarding their wallets and Telegram accounts. To enhance privacy and security:

  • Enable two-step verification on Telegram to prevent unauthorized access.

  • Avoid sharing sensitive information or private keys with third parties.

  • Be cautious of phishing scams and fake Motion bots attempting to steal funds.

Updates to Privacy Policy

Motion may update this privacy policy to reflect improvements in security, changes in regulatory requirements, or updates to platform features. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how data is managed.
